Black & White | Ruffle Fascinator Headband | Lace, Pearl & Cameo Detail | One Size

Really unique black and white ruffle fascinator headband. It has a lovely vintage look to it with a black pleated ruffle base, white lace, faux pearls, and a classic cameo charm in the centre.

Please note: it has a few small defects/signs of wear. There is a small tear in the black mesh ruffle layer, and a little bit of slim wire poking out. I've taken close-up photos so you can see exactly what it looks like. It's still a gorgeous statement piece and perfectly wearable as it is, or it would be great for a gothic/vintage upcycling project!
